1. The service
BarBull provides software that displays and adjusts drink prices on screens inside your venue. We provide the tools; you decide how they are used.
2. Subscription and trial
BarBull Pro costs €39 per month. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Compliance with local regulations
The venue is solely responsible for compliance with all local alcohol licensing, pricing, discounting, advertising and promotion regulations applicable to its premises, including any rules restricting variable pricing, happy hours, volume incentives or drink promotions. BarBull provides configurable controls — price floors and ceilings, discount caps, non-alcoholic and food-only modes, and a static display mode — but makes no representation that any configuration is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree to obtain your own legal advice and to indemnify BarBull against any claim, fine or penalty arising from your use of the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BarBull to encourage irresponsible or excessive consumption, or to target minors or intoxicated guests.
5. Liability
BarBull is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
